Teaching and Consulting

Angela has an extensive 30 year background in arts education and regularly leads workshops and classes for people of all ages and abilities. Angela especially enjoys training teachers in the State Standards for the arts, teaching basic design and instructing students with special needs.

Angela has been a state certified art teacher in the public schools of Oregon and Washington and taught at every grade level. She has been instrumental in starting two arts magnet schools in Oregon and Washington. In addition to being a full time artists, she is currently on the education staff of the Portland Art Museum in Portland Oregon and is the owner of Creative Art Supplies.

Angela is available to teach workshops and classes in conjunction with her own art exhibits and to offer professional development workshops for teachers, in Bandon, Oregon at ART 101. She is also available for Artist in Residency workshops in schools of any grade level. Please contact Angela for more information
